Instructions
1. Pre- preparation –In a MWS glass bowl arbi slices with some water. Cover &
micro at 100% for 5 mins.
2. Mix all the ingredients of marinade in a bowl. Add the arbi slices & keep for ½
an hour.
3. In a MWS glass bowl add oil, onion rings, shredded ginger & green chillies,
garam masala, amchoor & salt. Mix well. Select Category & weight & press
start
4. When beeps, remove the bowl from microwave oven, Transfer the
marinated arbi on tawa & keep the tawa on high rack.
5. Press start.
6. When beeps, drizzle few drops of oil. Add onion rings mixture & turn over the
slices
7. Press start.
