The following table provides corrective action for possible trouble situations. If
further assistance is required, please contact a Crestron customer service
representative.

Verify power to unit.
Update firmware/software versions as
per those listed in the "Specifications"
section.
Follow connection procedures in this
guide and inspect connector pins.
Verify RGB output cable connection to
unit and video display, and correct USB
port.
Verify correct programs.
Verify proper video set up for each
video window displayed.
Check DVI/VGA switch
(should be in VGA position).
Verify horizontal/vertical BNC cable
connections.
Verify 15-pin cable connection.
Verify correct video effect selected for
video window.
Select correct effect in VT-Pro-e "Video
Properties".
Change analog join corresponding to
desired source.
Assign correct IP address to UPX-2.
Assign correct IP mask.
Ensure that the PC and the UPX-2 are
on the same subnet.
Check Touch settings.
Turn off DTT-15V2 for two seconds and
restart.
