■[F 6] Fine adjustment of display value
This function is to manually perform a fine adjustment of the displayed pressure value.
Pressure can be adjusted in the following range of 5%R.D.
<Operation>
Display [F 6] by pressing UP or DOWN button in function selection mode.
Select digital filter (flow rate)
Press the UP or DOWN button to change adjustment rate.
When adjustment rate is changed, the pressure value after the adjustment will be displayed
on the main screen.
Press the SET button to set.
Press the SET button.

Return to function selection mode.
