Range of fluid temperature that can be measured by the product.
Humidity range in which the product can operate.
Hysteresis mode, window comparator mode, Error output or Output OFF can
be selected.
Ambient temperature range in which the product can operate.
A light that turns on when the switch output is ON.
Shows the maximum from when the power was supplied to the current time.
Indicates the change in the display value when the fluid pressure changes.
Pressure limit that if exceeded will result in mechanical and/or electrical
damage to the product.
Current read value
For example, when the display value is 1.000 [MPa], 5%R.D. is 5% of
1.000 [MPa], which becomes 0.05 [MPa]. When the display value is
0.800 [MPa], 5%R.D. is 5% of 0.800 [MPa], which becomes 0.04 [MPa].
The flow range within which the product will meet all published specifications.
Values outside of this range can be set as long as they are within the set flow
range, but the specifications cannot be guaranteed.
The pressure range within which the product will meet all published
specifications.
Values outside of this range can be set as long as they are within the set
pressure range, but the specifications cannot be guaranteed.
The temperature range within which the product will meet all published
specifications.
Values outside of this range can be set as long as they are within the set
temperature range, but the specifications cannot be guaranteed.
Reproducibility of the display value, when the measured quantity is repeatedly
increased and decreased.
The difference between the ideal ON voltage and the actual voltage when the
switch output is on. Varies with load current. Ideally should be 0 V.
One of the switch output types. In hysteresis mode the switch output is turned
ON when measured value less than or equal to the switch output set value is
detected. In window comparator mode, the switch output is turned ON when
measured value is outside the switch output set values (n1L to n1H) is
detected.
(Refer to the "Switch output modes" on page 37.)
