Input Description
STD Method of Call Transfer: Std = Std Call Transfer
method.
SMDI Simplified message desk interface
The UCD terminal number. This is the line number
associated with the SMDI channel. This parameter
must be unique for each agent in the associated
UCDGRP. It must also coincide with the
MessageDesk and TerminalNumber configured on
the CallPilot server.
The UCDNAME from the UCDGRP table. This is
the UCD group to which you are adding the agent.
Y Autologon capability required.
