Corned beef can be cooked in the same cryovac package in which it
was received. I suggest wrapping it again [be generous] in plastic film
before roasting, to prevent blowouts.
Product should be held overnight.
Option; before serving, remove the cryovac bag and brown the corned
beef on a cooking rack for 15 minutes at 450ºf.
