Error Messages and the use of the key
During start up and other operation processes, the i3500 system analyses all
interactions between internal peripherals (memories, controllers, extension
cards, etc.) and also external ones (physical cards linked to the Canbus network)

Execution process
Upon startup, the system
verifies if the Logger Card
option is activated.
When starting system, there
is a verification (writing/
reading) of the flash chip of
the limit programmed (range
limiting device).
Upon startup, the system
does a read verification of
the load chart flash memory
chip.
Upon startup, the system
does a read/write verification
of bank C EEPROM chip.
It is to save the system's
operation parameters. Ex.

i3500 Troubleshooting
Cause of error
1) The Logger card is not
installed.
2) The connector has de-
fective soldering
or is broken.
3) There is a problem
with the logger card
1) There is a problem with
flash memory (U52)
1) The Load chart chip is not
installed.
2) Verify the kind of mem-
ory it must be a flash
memory.
3) There is a problem with
flash memory (U12).
1) There is a problem with
EEPROM memory
