External access must be activated for synchronisation with SoftMotion:
1.
Open the "MotionTask" area in the task configuration.
2.
Activate the event type "triggered by external event".
3.
Select "CANopen_SYNC" as the event.
4.
Make sure that the priority of the MotionTask is set to a RealTime priority.
