Installing a PAD
14.2
1. Adjust the PAD mounting bracket to match the PAD to be installed.
2. Remove the nut from the PAD mounting bracket and install the bracket.
3. Route the PAD power cable through the cable hole and connect the cable.
4. Install the PAD.
5. Connect the ECC800 USB cable to the PAD charging port.

14.3 (Optional) Installing a LAN Switch
1. Install guide rails and floating nuts.
2. Install the mounting ears delivered with the LAN switch, and secure the LAN switch to the
rack rails in the front of the cabinet.
3. Connect the LAN switch power cable to the PDU2000.
4. Connect any port among the 1-24 ports of the LAN switch to the WAN_1 port on the ECC800
using a network cable.
5. Insert the power modules into the power slots of the 24-port LAN switch, and tighten the
captive screws on the power module panel.
It is recommended that the

LAN switch be installed at the
38 U position of the
Converged Cabinet. The
location can be adjusted based
on the actual situation.
Two power modules need to

be installed for a 24-port LAN
switch onsite.
