If the pressure drops during 10 seconds,
it indicates that there is leakage with the
cooling system. In this case, check the com-
plete system and replace the leaking parts
or components.

● Remover radiator cap ①
● Install radiator cap to cap tester ②
● slowly increase pressure to 108kPa and
if the cap hold the pressure for at least 10
seconds
● If the cap cannot meet the pressure
requirement, replace it.
