User´s Guide
Set the following parameters for the ATTMAIL set:
If you have chosen a blank set, enter "ATTMAIL" for the label.

Set the Connection Type to "CCITT 2400."

Set the Character Format to "8 DATA + NONE + 1 STOP."

Set the Emulator to the type of terminal you need to emulate.

Enter "9,18006245123" for the ATTMAIL telephone number.

Press "Alt PgDn" to skip to the next parameter screen and press the down arrow until "Record to

Disk? (Y/N ):" appears on the bottom of the screen.
Save the new set of options.

Select "1" (Begin Communication) at the "Enter Selection" prompt.

Select "O" to Originate the call.

Select the label for "ATTMAIL."

Press < ENTER> (SMARTCOM II dials the computer).

Once the call is established, press < ENTER> to get the ATTMAIL login prompt.
