WASHER
•
We recommend installing a washer be-
tween the front crankcase and the
chain tensioner to optimise the func-
tionality of the timing system.
•
This washer is available as a spare
part.
•
Fit the washer onto the front chain tensioner then install the chain tensioner in the relative
seat in the crankcase. Take particular care to ensure that the washer seats correctly, as the
functionality of the timing system may be compromised if the washer is bent or incorrectly
positioned.
•
Place a new gasket between the crank-
case and the head.
•
Place the two dowel pins.
•
Install the head.
