The configuration includes the logic for generating circuit breaker external closing and
opening command with the relay in local or remote mode.
Check the logic for the external circuit breaker closing command and
modify it according to the application.
Connect the additional signal for closing and opening of circuit breaker in
local or remote mode if applicable for the configuration.
