Loading a
Configuration File

Device Snapshot

You can use this procedure to load a previously saved DeviceMaster configuration
file.
1. Click System | Configuration File.
2. Click the Browse button, highlight the configuration file you want to load, and
click the Open button.
3. Click the Load Configuration button.
You can use the Device Snapshot page to download a snapshot of the device status,
log, and configuration. You may find the information can help you diagnose a
problem with the DeviceMaster. In addition, this information may be requested by
technical support if you have called for assistance.
1. Click the Device Snapshot button.
2. Save the file using the method for your browser.
