Stand will not turn on
Speed reading is erratic/jumpy or speed is all
over the place when I turn speed dial
1) Stand won't turn on:
116. Check fuses in mains inlet filter and ensure it is a 2A time lag (T) Check that all
the looms are connected and in the right positions.
117. Connect a D.V.M to the orange and yellow wires of the transformer to check for
correct voltage 24-28V AC.
118. Check between TP 2 and TP 1 for a voltage greater that 27 - 31 V DC
119. Check between TP 3 and TP 1 for a voltage of approx 20V DC
120. Check between TP 4 and TP 1 for a voltage of 5V DC
121. If all of above is ok then reprogram the motor control PCB and the front panel
PCB.
122. If the stand still fails to turn on, replace the motor control PCB.
