Description:
The head power is set automatically during a full calibration cycle, and should not need any
adjustment during normal operation. However, if the power needs to be set manually your LOMA
Service Engineer will be able to advise you on an appropriate setting, in which case the Head Locking
menu must also be set to LOCKED so that the settings cannot be overridden during a calibration
cycle.
Press the [ENTER] key, then the [ ] and [ ] keys to adjust the head power for the current product.
Scope:
MIN, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, MAX.
Notes:
This menu position is only accessible if the Manual Setup menu has been enabled in the User Options
menu.
On earlier LOMA metal detectors this setting was referred to as the control line settings. The table
below shows the relationship between the two:
