3.2 General description i-ALERT®2 Equipment Condition Monitor
Frame adapter
• Provides safe and accurate alignment for the liquid end to the bearing frame.
• Large access windows make installation and maintenance of seal and auxiliary support systems
trouble-free.
Bearings
Heavy-duty ball bearings provide L10 bearing life in excess of 17,500 hours.
The size of the bearing frame is shown in the data sheet and/or order confirmation.

3.2 General description i-ALERT
Description

The i-ALERT 2 Equipment Condition Monitor is a compact, battery-operated monitoring device that con-
tinuously measures the vibration and temperature of the pump power end. The i-ALERT
blinking red LEDs and wireless notification to alert the pump operator when the pump exceeds vibration
and temperature limits. This allows the pump operator to make changes to the process or the pump be-
fore a catastrophic failure occurs. The Condition Monitor is also equipped with a single green LED to in-
dicate when it is operational and has sufficient battery life. (i-ALERT
