Checking the Error Details

(1) Error details of the C Controller module
Check the currently active error code(s) in [Diagnostics]  [CCPU diagnostics] in Setting/monitoring tools for the
C Controller module. Refer to the following to take action(s) according to the respective error code.

(2) Error details of modules controlled by the C Controller module
Check the currently active error code(s) in each module in [Diagnostics]  [System monitor] in Setting/monitoring
tools for the C Controller module. Refer to the manuals for respective modules to take action(s) according to the
respective error code.

Checking for Functional Errors

If the C Controller module has a functional problem, check the following items and perform troubleshooting.
In addition, if ERR.LED is lit or flashing, eliminate its cause(s).
Setting/monitoring tools for the C Controller module cannot be USB-connected
Ethernet communication between the development environment (PC) and the C
Controller module cannot be established
PING command response is incorrect
PING command response is correct
Setting/monitoring tools for the C Controller module cannot be connected
CW Workbench connection fails
Telnet connection fails
FTP connection fails
Parameter reading/writing fails
File access fails
Communication with peripherals fails
USB device cannot be recognized
File read-out (download) from C Controller module fails
An error occurs during user program execution
Event history data are incorrect
Refresh function (data refresh, link refresh) and data link of network are stopped
Partner application does not operate
