2.6 Operating information

2.6.1 Powering on

If the power is not already on, use the following steps to turn on the
power. These steps are described in greater detail in section 2.3.
1. Toggle the main disconnect switch on the E-Box to the "On"
position. This will supply power to the unit without turning on and
operating the motor.
2. Ensure that the E-Stop button is engaged by turning and lifting up
on the red button on the top of the handheld control device.
3. If it is not already lit, press the green E-Stop button on the E-Box.
When the E-Stop button on the E-Box is lit, the system is ready for
use.

2.6.2 Height adjustment

Use the following steps to adjust the height of the mixer.
1. Operate the lift assembly by pressing the up or down button
located on the handheld control device (Figure 2.24).
CAUTION: When raising and lowering the mixing head, caution
should be used to avoid pinching or crushing an operator or
damaging the equipment or the single-use liner.
