4. Verify that the main power is off and the E-Stop button on the
handheld control device is pushed in (Figure 2.12).
WARNING: Electrical shock possible.
Use the E-Stop button to disconnect all power to the system.
5. Verify that the main motor power switch is in the "Off" position.
6. Connect the electrical plug to the power in the facility.
7. Refer to hardware/electrical label to ensure that proper electrical
voltage is connected to the DS 300. Then turn on the main power
switch.
8. Engage the E-Stop button on the top of the handheld control
device by turning the red button in the direction of the arrows
(Figure 2.13). When engaged, the button will be slightly elevated.
