There are mixer/agitation problems. The handheld control
device enables, but the motor does not respond.
Verify that the motor cables are fully connected to the E‑Box.
Ensure that the system has power.
The mixing performance is poor.
Ensure that the drive shaft is correctly loaded.
The barrel is positioned incorrectly.
Reposition the barrel directly under the motor head.
The height needs to be adjusted.
Lower the motor to the height recommended by the markers on
the vertical mast for the size of the barrel you are using.
Note that these markers assume that the drum is on the standard
dolly.
The BPC has been loaded improperly.
Reload the BPC using the instructions provided in Chapter 2.
The motor has been calibrated improperly.
Contact Thermo Scientific support personnel.
There is excess tension in the film near the bearing port of the
loaded BPC.
If possible, reload the BPC by carefully following the instructions
provided in Chapter 2.
Provide excess film to the region of the BPC nearest the bearing
port when aligning the BPC in the tank. Do not begin liquid fill until
the BPC is properly seated in the tank. Verify that the black bumper
located in the motor mount block is present.
