The following product−specific terms and abbreviations are
used in this manual:
Meaning
Plate for additional pressurization and exhausting of the valve
terminal
Plate without valve function in order to fill an unused location
Common term for electric sub−bases, end plates, blanking plates,
separator plates and valve plates
Connecting the supply lines (tubing) to the CPV−SC valve terminal
