Tips & Tricks for Loading the Tray

Observe the following notices when loading the tray:
The working volume should not exceed 1/3 of the total volume
of the vessel.
To ensure a smooth movement, place the cultivation vessels
symmetrically and in the middle of the tray. Do not place any
heavy vessels at the edge of the tray.
If any of the vessels protrude over the edge of the tray, they
could collide with the inner wall, resulting in the device being
damaged or vessels breaking. As such, always ensure that the
cultivation vessels do not protrude when positioning them on
the tray.
The ideal load for a tray is in the range of 15 kg (25/50 mm
throw) or 7 kg (3 mm throw) (mass = vessel with filling, excl.
tray). The device is optimally balanced with this load.
Important: Do not use the shaking function without tray and
loading. Switch off the shaker drive when the device has been
unloaded.

What is the meaning of Throw (fixed) and adjustable

In the Infors HT Multitron, "adjustable throw" means the shaking motion can be changed by selecting one of four eccentric throw positions: 12.5 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm, or 50 mm. This allows customization of the shaking intensity for different applications. A "fixed throw" would mean the shaking motion is set to a single, unchangeable value. The Multitron supports adjustable throw, and only trained personnel are allowed to make changes to it.
