Linear antennas

To achieve the maximum range with linear antennas, make sure that the polarization axes of

the antenna and transponder are parallel to each other. Changing the transponder angle

within the x-y plane leads to a reduction of the range.

Optimum transponder position/alignment

Depending on the electromagnetic properties of the environment, the optimum transponder

position and alignment may differ from those shown above.
