2.4.1

General Information

The Monitor Cart is equipped with an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) which provides power

to the system during a power failure.

NOTE: It is not possible to turn off the UPS. Contact Brainlab support if UPS deactivation is

required.

Powered Components

If mains power is lost while using the Curve system with wired camera communication, the

complete Monitor and Camera Carts are powered for a maximum of five minutes (when battery

is fully charged).

If mains power is lost while using the Curve Dual Display System with wireless camera

communication, only the Monitor Cart is powered. The Camera Cart loses power immediately

and requires up to two minutes to warm up after regaining mains power.

In case of power failure while charging, battery may not run for the full five minutes.
