The assembly sequence is essentially the reverse
of disassembly.
NOTE
Moisten the felt w i t h a small amount of
oil.
After reassembly, perform point gap and igni-
tion timing inspection and adjustment. (See
page 3-5.)

DRIVE SPROCKET REMOVAL

Remove the left crankcase rear cover.
Remove the chain clip, master link.
Remove the drive chain.
Remove the flexing plate and drive sprocket.
