REAR WHEEL/REAR SUSPENSION
A p p l y grease on the sliding face of the brake
cam and install it.
Install the brake shoe return springs on to the
brake shoes.
Install the washer and cotter pin.
NOTE
Install and spread the ends of the cotter
pin as shown.
WARNING
Do not get grease on the brake linings.
Install the indicator plate onto the brake cam.
NOTE
Align the cutouts of brake cam and
indicator plate.
Install the brake arm on the brake cam.
NOTE
Align the punches marks of brake cam
and the arm.
Tighten the brake cam bolt and nut.
