CLUTCH/OIL PUMP/GEAR SHIFT/KICK STARTER
• C L U T C H F R I C T I O N D I S C
I N S P E C T I O N
Check the f r i c t i o n discs, replacing those which
are discolored or worn.
Measure each f r i c t i o n disc thickness.
• C L U T C H P L A T E I N S P E C T I O N
Check the plates for warpage on a surface
plate and w i t h a feeler gauge.
Remove the splined washer on the clutch outer.
Remove the drive gear.
