CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES
CYLINDER HEAD INSTALLATION
Clean the cylinder head gasket surfaces of
any gasket material.
Install the O-rings, dowel pins and a new
gasket.
Loosen, the cam chain tensioner lock nut and
pull the tensioner up fully. Retighten the lock
nut.
Install the cylinder head.
Install the cam chain tensioner bolt w i t h O-ring.
Install the intake manifold w i t h O-rings.
NOTE
Check that the O-rings install the groove
of the intake manifold properly.
