A.C. GENERATOR/STARTER MOTOR

CONTACT BREAKER DISASSEMBLY

Remove the A.C. generator cover and gasket.
Remove the base plate attaching screws.
Disconnect the breaker point wire.
Remove the breaker point attaching screws.
Remove the oil felt attaching screw.

I N S P E C T I O N
Inspect the contact point surface for wear or
pitting.
NOTE
Clean w i t h point file or grind stone if
the point surface is dirty.
Replace badly w o r n or pitted points.
