TROUBLESHOOTING

Wobble or Vibration in Motorcycle
1. Loose axle
2. Loose wheel bearings
3. Loose steering stem nut or bearings
4. Unbalanced tire and wheel
5. Loose spokes
6. Bent wheel
7. Excessive lateral runout in wheel
8. Bent f o r k
Hard Steering
1. Low tire pressure
2. Steering t o p thread nut too tight
3. Faulty steering stem bearings
4. Insufficient lubrication in steering stem bearings
5. Steering stem bent
6. Faulty cone race or ball race
Steers to One Side or Does Not Track Straight
1. Bent f o r k
2. Bent axle
3. Forks installed in triple crown incorrectly *
4. Wheel installed incorrectly
Hard Front Suspension
1. Incorrect weight f l u i d in f r o n t forks
2. Clogged fork hydraulic passages
3. Fork sliders binding on fork legs
Soft Front Suspension
