Brake Mag- Inspect for wear and
nets current draw.
Brake Linings Inspect for wear or

Hub/Drum Inspect for abnormal
and Rotors wear or scoring
Wheel Inspect for corrosion
Bearing or wear. Clean and
repack.
Seals Inspect for leakage.
Replace if removed.
Springs Inspect for wear, loss
of arch.
Suspension Inspect for bending,
Parts loose fasteners, wear.
U-bolts Tighten to specified
torque values.
Brake Con- Check for correct
troller amperage and
modulation.
Trailer Brake Inspect wiring for bare
Wiring spots, fray, etc.
Hangers Inspect welds.
Trailer Brake Inspect wiring for bare
Wiring spots, fray, etc.
