Replacing a fuse
Before replacing a fuse, always turn off the electrical component(s) protected by it.
1.
Disconnect the shore power cord.
2.
Disconnect the RV auxiliary battery main negative battery cable.
3.
Remove the fuse panel cover to check fuses.
4.
Pull the fuse straight out of the fuse block. If the fuse is not blown, something else
must be causing the problem. Please contact your dealer for further assistance.
5.
Insert a new fuse of the same specified voltage, amperage rating and type in the orig-
inal location. Never use a higher rated replacement fuse.
6.
The fuse panel label should be kept permanently affixed to your RV. The fuses will
not offer complete protection of the RV electrical system in the event of a power
surge or spike.

BATTERIES

Your RV has many 12VDC loads. When combined, their total is more than the converter can
produce. High demands for 12V power can be met by an auxiliary battery for limited peri-
ods of time. The 12VDC electrical system is designed for usage with a Group 27, deep cycle
battery.
