Point-shift location is computed two-dimensionally in the X-Y

plane. New point height is computed by extrapolation of the selec-
ted line.
1. Target and measure two points or select an existing line.
2. Activate the CAD tools by a long tap on the line in the sketch area.
Select Point Shift.
