Returning Damaged Equipment

Reporting
Any damaged equipment should be immediately reported to Brainlab support.
Damaged
Brainlab support will ask you for the following information:

• Serial number of the faulty component (inscribed on the component)
• A description of the problem
Repair and
The Brainlab support specialist will

• Provide you with cost estimate for repair or replacement.
• Inform you when your system is expected to be operational again
Removing
Only remove defective components if instructed by Brainlab support.
