Functionality Tests

General
A functionality test of all safety-relevant functions must be performed by qualified personnel. Partic-

Before You Begin
Before you begin, power up the ExacTrac system and workstation.

Steps
1.
Verify that the
EMERGENCY STOP

Verify that the
SYSTEM OFF
3.
Verify that the earth leakage current breaker trips when the test button labeled T is
pressed.
4.
Verify that the building power is cut off from the cabinet when the mains input fuse switch
is set to the o position (OFF).
5.
Verify that the building power is cut off from the cabinet when a screwdriver is inserted
into the TEST slot provided.
6.
Adjust the temperature sensor to 10°C (lowest temperature) and ensure that all four fans
at the top of the computer cabinet switch on.
7.
Adjust the temperature sensor back to 35°C.
