Removing the high-pressure pump

Removing the pump plate
1. Remove hex nut (1) and lock washer (2). Insert a 10 mm round rod into the hole in the pump drive plate and
hold the pump drive plate securely while loosening the hex. head bolt.

2. Screw the two hex. head bolts (M10 x 1 x 35 mm) with washers that were removed when disassembling the
drive coupling into the two holes in the pump drive plate and push the pump drive plate off the drive shaft of the
high-pressure pump.
3. Remove the pump drive plate from the drive shaft of the high-pressure pump.
4. Remove the 3 hex. head bolts (4) and washers. The hex. head bolts are secured with threadlocker.
5. Remove the pump plate (5) from the high-pressure pump (6).
