Reference pressure sensor connection
(1) Adapter nut 1 683 345 070 (M16 – M18)
(2) Adapter 1 681 398 035 (M16 – M16)
(3) Adapter nut 1 683 345 064 (M16 – M20)
(4) Reference pressure sensor 1 681 032 095
3. Connect the reference pressure sensor to an unused USB port
connecting cable. When routing the USB connecting cable, make sure that the USB connecting cable cannot be
pinched or placed under tension.

4. Start the "DCI" software.
5. Select "Calibration >> High pressure".
The reference pressure sensor must be under ambient pressure during the zero point calibration. Before be‐
ginning the zero point calibration, make sure that at least one high-pressure connection is not closed.
6. Once the measured value in the Original value field is stable, perform the zero point calibration by pressing
<Zero>.
7. Seal high-pressure connections A to C with threaded plugs. Tightening torque: 25 Nm – 30 Nm.
8. Select <Start>.
 The DCI 700 starts and the first pressure point is approached.
9. Once the measured value in the Reference [MPa] field is stable and <Next> is active, save the measured value
and approach the next pressure point by pressing <Next>.
10. Perform a calibration for the other positions.
11. Press <Save>.
 Calibration has been completed.
