4. Remove the connection cable (2) from the flow meter (1).

5. Remove both fastening screws.
6. Remove the flow meter (1) and both O-rings from the spacer plate (2).
Do not clean the surface of the spacer plate (2) with a cloth or the like, or blow off with compressed air (risk
of contamination). Particles can stick to the surface during cleaning and find their way into the flow meter
during operation.
