Installing the flow meter

The flow meter must be installed immediately after the blind plugs have been removed (risk of contamina‐
tion). Do not leave flow meter lying around without the blind plugs.
---
The O-rings for sealing the flow meter are pre-installed.
The flow meter for the return and the flow meter for injection are coded by means of a positioning pin. The
positioning pin prevents installation of the flow meter in the wrong channel.
---
1. Remove the flow meter from the packaging.
2. Check that you have the correct flow meter.
3. Carefully remove both blind plugs (1) on the underside of the flow meter. Make sure that the pre-installed O-
rings (2) do not fall out of the openings.

Preparing the flow meter
4. Do not clean the flow meter with a cloth or the like, or blow out with compressed air after the blind plugs have
been removed (risk of contamination). Particles can stick to the surface during cleaning and find their way into
the flow meter during operation.
5. Place the flow meter (1) with the O-rings on the spacer plate (2) of the measurement block.
6. Fasten the flow meter with washers and fastening screws.
