The Camera is not detected/
operating
An error message appears in the
game that says: "I/O BOARD NOT
DETECTED".
An error message appears in the
game that says: "SECURITY KEY
NOT DETECTED".
The camera is connected into the
wrong USB port
Bad connections
Camera faulty
The I/O USB cable has become
disconnected.
The security key has become dis-
connected.
Make sure the camera is connected
into the USB3 port on the CPU.
(The USB3 port is identified by its
'blue' colour). The camera will not
operate in a standard USB port.
Check that good connections are
made in the camera ,USB cable,
and camera Ext. cable.
Replace camera.
Reconnect the I/O USB cable to the
game board and perform a power
cycle.
Reconnect the security key to the
game board and perform a power
cycle.
