OPERATOR'S MANUAL

6.6. Manual control of electrical and electrical-proportional distributor

In case of electrical and electrical-proportional control failure it is possible to adjust the
hydraulic distributor manually. This allows for mechanical machine folding and emergency service
drive. Please learn the below description of procedure for two types of distributors:
a) Electrical E control
In case of electrical E-control there are two types of hydraulic distributors: type I (Fig. 63a) and type
II (Fig. 63b).
To overload hydraulic distributor type I with electrical control (Fig. 63a):
push the button (6) and turn it left,
next adjust hydraulic actuators by pushing buttons (1), (2), (3) on solenoid valves under hydraulic
hoses,
to change sections (4) and (5) firstly apply 12V voltage on the solenoid valves and then adjust in
the same manner as in the case of other.
unscrew button (6) to its primary position.

To overload hydraulic distributor type I with electrical control II (Fig. 63b):
loosen jam nut and drive bolt (6) to the end,
next adjust hydraulic actuators by pushing buttons (1), (2), (3) on solenoid valves under hydraulic
hoses,
setting sections (4) and (5) – unscrew buttons from the solenoid valves, then press and hold every
