Hi m’y remote on my kdd941h perfect cut Only show 4 red straith bar. Do you know what is thé problem

When the remote on a SaMASZ KDD 861 shows 4 red straight bars, it indicates a CAN-BUS communication error. This means there is no data exchange between the control panel and the module for at least 3 seconds. The fault will clear once communication is restored.

Before starting any repair or service the mower should be cleaned and any grass or dirt removed. After checking nuts and bolts, proper slack in joints, gears we can assess if the machine is still serviceable.

    2. Warranty period is for two years from the date of sale to the purchaser, stated above. 3. Any repair which is subject to warranty should be carried out by an authorised SaMASZ dealer. Upon completion of the repair the dealer must submit a warranty claim within 14 days.
