Defines the behavior of the device when the limit value of the supply
pressure (U2.PZLIM) is undershot.
Cont = Chamber pressure is controlled via supply pressure PZ.
HOLd = Chamber pressure is maintained, corresponds to the re‐
sponse for Fail in Place.
