5. Troubleshooting
Cause(s)
The seed rate is too high .
The plenum is leaking.
The final run hoses are not routed properly.

The hopper gates are not closing.

The meter is jammed.
The key has fallen out.
The gearbox and motor have become disconnected. Remove the cover and reset the set screw in
No power/communication (alarm will occur).
No rate set in the terminal.

The minimum speed is not met.

The product may be bridged.
The product gate is not open.
The final runs are plugged.
Slow down or decrease the seed rate.
Adjust the plenum bulkhead and cylinder.
Remove all the slack in the hoses with the toolbars
fully extended with the machine up.
The product is not shutting off at hopper.
Re-time the rack and pinion.
Clear debris from the gates and sliders.
The meter does not turn.
Clear the jam (alarm will occur).
Replace the key in the gearbox and shaft.

Enable the master apply switch.
