4.1.2 Lubrication fitting locations

Transport wheel walk beams
Find the two grease fittings (1) on each transport
wheel walk beam.
Transport wheel struts
Find the two grease fittings (1) on each transport
wheel strut.
1000 hours or
yearly
X Remove and clean the bearings from each hub
assembly. Fill the bearings and hubs with new
grease.
X Remove and clean the bearings from each walking
tandem. Fill the bearings with new grease.
X Inspect all hydraulic hoses and fittings for cracks or
leaks. Replace any hoses or fittings as necessary.
