Alarm message:
Parallel Unit Offline
Parallel Configuration Error
Parallel Data Error
Possible Cause:
A unit connected to the RS485
bus has lost power.
A RS485 data cable has been
unplugged or damaged.
A communications reset has
been done to a unit connected
to the RS485 bus. The alarm
will be cleared as soon as the
unit comes back online. DC
power to the output terminals
is not interrupted during a
communication reset.
Multiple units connected to the
RS485 bus are assigned the
same Device ID.
Multiple units connected to the
RS485 bus are configured as
a Primary unit.
Multiple units connected to the
RS485 bus are configured as
a Primary unit.
A RS485 data cable has been
unplugged or damaged.
The RS485 bus is picking up
electrical interference from
another source.
