M01
A cable is routed from the controller to each actuator. One
or both of these cables is disconnected.
M02
With weight on the iN∫X, the legs are not moving at the

9.1 Status Indicators

Status codes alert the operator to function or safety issues.
The codes are grouped into four priority levels: no priority,
low, medium, and high.
Status codes are color-coded. High-priority codes are red;
all others are yellow. When a safety issue arises, a warning
triangle is displayed next to the error code.
Refer to the chart below. Some codes indicate the need for
service. See "Parts and Service" on page 64.
Solution
Release the button.
If there is an obstruction in the legs, clear the obstruction. Use caution.
The load on the iN∫X may exceed the load capacity. Use additional help
and provide lift-assistance.
Use direct power.
Wait 30 seconds. If the error does not resolve itself in this time, there is a
problem with the ICS. Report the problem to Ferno (page 2).
Stop pressing the buttons. Press only
If the situation continues, report the issue to Ferno (page 2).
Verify the connections between the iN∫X and the ICS; verify ICS
connections to the ambulance power supply. The ICS or charger may be
plugged into an outlet providing an incorrect power voltage.
Wait 30 seconds. If the error does not resolve itself in this time, this
indicates a possible problem with the ICS, charger, iN∫X, or battery.
Report the problem to Ferno (page 2).
Allow time for the battery to cool.
Use non-powered operation to complete the transport.
