4. Remove the exhaust duct from around the touch panel mount and AC receptacle.
5. To replace the exhaust duct, follow these steps in reverse order.

Removing the radiator

The radiator ensures adequate air intake and coolant fluid temperatures.
1. Remove the rear cover (on page 33).
2. Remove the side-intake cover (on page 35).
3. Remove the handles from the rear of the projector and install on the radiator.
4. Disconnect the panel mount harness for the DTSM located on the rear side of the interior of
the projector, above the top quick disconnect on the radiator.
5. If necessary, remove the hose bracket and disconnect the three coolant connection hoses.
One coolant connection is to the LOS cold plate and the other two hoses are resident to the
radiator itself.
6. Loosen the eight captive screws.
7. Swing the top of the radiator out of the projector and then lift it from the projector chassis.
Make sure the coolant line that went to the LOS does not catch.
8. Replace the radiator.
9. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.
