All connectors for connecting the external devices (PC, scanner, scales, PC keyboard) are located on the
connectors PCB together with the external power supply connector. This PCB is described in the chapter
2.3.6.

2.3.5 Connexion of fiscal memory circuits

The fiscal memory (henceforth FM) circuits are installed in the ECR as needed. The role of FM is to safely
store the specific sale financial data. FM programming, checking and reading is performed using the memo-
ry supply voltage (VFD: 5 V – reading, 6.25 V – programming and reading), using the programming voltage
(VFP: 12.75 V) and uses control signals (FM-AL, FM-AH, FM-SEL, FM-DIR, FM-PGM). The description of
control signals can be found in the table 2.1.
